Fife Health and Social Care Partnership seeks your views on its approach to supporting people living with dementia to live well for longer.
The last Dementia Strategy covered a 10 year period from 2010 - 2020 and included a series of realistic and achievable service improvements and developments with the aim to better meet the needs of people living with dementia and their carers.
Your response to this questionnaire will influence the improvement and investment priorities in Fife’s next dementia strategy.
