We recently concluded our investigation into a care agency (Elite Careplus Ltd) in which we found the agency acted unlawfully by asking questions about candidates’ health on its job application forms.

In the video below, our Head of Enforcement Joanna Gregson explains why questions about health and disability are generally prohibited during the recruitment process and what employers can do to ensure they are acting lawfully.

If you think an employer is asking unlawful questions about health or disability during the application or interview process for a job, you can report this to us by completing our online form.
