You can hire for free 4 mph mobility scooters at Loch Leven’s Larder, The Boathouse Bistro & Loch Leven Lodges so you can access the path around Loch Leven.

I hired a scooter from the Loch Leven Larder a number of years ago and found the scooters were very small. I was there again recently and asked if they still hired mobility scooters and was told they do.

I don`t know about the other 2 venues so you will be better contacting them to find out before turning up.

I have been around some of the paths around Loch Leven on my large mobility scooter which I start from Loch Leven Lodges Café, Findatie, quite a few times but when I got better mobile phone cameras I started videoing the paths and put them on YouTube, which can be found at:

The first time was around the Trail East of Loch Leven  5 May 2012. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JoJQasHQ96Y from Loch Leven Lodges Café, Findatie but took the East path.

The second time was around the Trail West of Loch Leven Path 04/02/2015 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFNNtZc8G1U again starting from the Loch Leven Lodges Café, Findatie but took the West path.
