Lunchtime Equality Workshop - Equality Statistics:

Did you know that in Fife and the UK, women are expected to live longer than men (3.6 years), but that they are likely to spend 19 years in less good health in later life, compared to 15 years for males? Our Lunchtime Equality Workshop will be examining gaps in health and life expectancy, as well as paygaps linked to gender, disability and race.

Bring your lunch! Tea and coffee is provided.

Wed 30 Oct 2019, at 16 East Fergus Place, Kirkcaldy KY11 XT from 12:00 to 13:30.

Let's talk about... transporting people:

Fife Council are launching a new type of consultation, "Let's talk about... transporting people", which will be looking at subsidised transport in Fife and how funding can be better spent. As part of this, Fife Council are keen on creating an "Equality Panel" to gather your views, suggestions and more to contribute to the consultation.
